Angela Jewell

Director of Administration & New Client Development

Angela Jewell joined EmergeMemphis in June 2005 as an intern. She graduated in Dec 2005 from The University of Memphis with a BBA in International Business and Marketing Management. As Director of Administration & New Client Development, Jewell is responsible for managing all of the daily activities and operations of the business incubator including the coordination and maintenance of the facility to ensure that all office equipment is kept operational and functioning properly. In addition to assisting the President with the daily operations, Jewell provides assistance in writing proposals, grant requests, and other Incubator policies and procedures, as well as serving as the point of contact for all of our client requests. Maintaining the EmergeMemphis Website and assisting with member companies and internal communication are other responsibilities, along with recruiting new, potential "high-growth" start-ups and early stage companies to the EM accelerator.
