• Utilities, such as electricity, heating and air conditioning, and reception and limited janitorial services are included in the program fee.
• Business Center, which includes the following (rates vary):
  • Computer access
  • Fax machine
  • Copy Machine with collating, stapling, enlargement, and reducing capabilities.
  • Typewriter and report binding machine
  • Access to a color laser printer
• Access to our meeting rooms.
• Kitchen and breakroom.
• Parking permits (available at cost).
