Mr. Keegan currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bodock, Inc., a holding company that wholly owns HR outsourcing firm Adams Keegan, Inc. and temporary staffing firm Staff Line, LLC. Under Mr. Keegan’s leadership both Adams Keegan and Staff Line have been distinguished as among the fastest growing Memphis-based, privately-owned companies. He is also a director of The James Group, LLC, a life and health insurance brokerage.

Mr. Keegan was appointed to a four-year term on the Employee Leasing Advisory Board by the governor of Tennessee. Mr. Keegan's civic involvement includes membership in St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Memphis Club, Director of The Navy League of Memphis and Leadership Memphis class of 2006. Mr. Keegan holds a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
