Kemp Conrad recently joined Commercial Advisors in January of 2007 from Trammell Crow Company (TCC), where he specialized in corporate and tenant representation and was also the Memphis City Leader. Under his leadership TCC grew to #2 in market share in office management and leasing. TCC’s growth in 2006 garnered recognition from the Memphis Business Journal as one of the Top 10 Business Success Stories of the year. Kemp is a subject matter expert in representing professional and financial services firms and he has deep knowledge of the three main office submarkets in Memphis. He also has represented several top industrial tenants in the market and was a 2005 & 2006 CoStar Power Broker. Kemp has been directly involved in over $30 million in real estate transactions each year for the past three years (2005-2007).
