Steve Fracchia

Steve is the Chief Financial Officer for Southeastern Asset Management, Inc.  Prior to that he had practiced in public accounting since 1990, where he started his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He then spent two years as the Controller for ALSAC/St. Jude, before coming to Rhea & Ivy in 1996, where he was a Partner with the Firm from 2003 to 2007.

Steve has been on the Board of Emerge Memphis since 2001, and been involved with the organization since its inception in 1998.  In addition to his work with Emerge, Steve is actively involved as a board member of the Memphis Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Blue Streak Scholarship Fund, benefitting the children of inner city Memphis attending the Jubilee Schools.
