Tom Corona has 24 years of experience providing accounting and financial consulting services to public and private companies. Tom has served numerous national, regional and local companies. Tom has led SEC registrant audit engagements during his clients’ registration of more than $6 billion of debt and equity securities. Tom has also led client audit engagements during acquisitions and divestitures totaling more than $8 billion.

Tom is very active in the Memphis Community with a combined 20 years of service as a board member of The Assisi Foundation, Emerge Memphis, the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, and The Memphis Food Bank.

Tom earned his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Christian Brothers University and has been a CPA since 1985. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
